Rio Concho Retirement Community is locally owned and non-profit. Established in 1962, the mission of Rio Concho is to provide dignified, affordable senior housing.
Rio Concho Communities provides a variety of housing options for individuals seeking a secure lifestyle without the everyday burdens of home ownership. Three of our unique communities, Rio Concho Manor, Rio Concho Patio Homes and Rio Concho Terrace, are located on 17 acres in Downtown San Angelo overlooking the Concho River. Our fourth community, Rio Concho West, is located on 128-acres in Southwest San Angelo. All of our communities offer convenient access to great shopping, excellent golf courses, outstanding medical facilities and all of the wonderful amenities offered in the city of San Angelo.
Visiting our communities is an excellent way to discover all that Rio Concho has to offer.
