The Circle of Friends Fund provides a financial safety net for residents across all Rio Concho Communities who are experiencing financial hardship. It helps eligible residents who are struggling to afford their rent or maintenance fees due to limited or exhausted resources helping them maintain safe, stable housing and continue living within the Rio Concho community they call home. Your generosity helps ensure that no resident faces financial hardship alone and allows us to support those in need with dignity, compassion, and care.
The Rio Concho Terrace Financial Assistance Fund provides rental assistance to qualified current and prospective residents of Rio Concho Terrace. This program helps make our all-inclusive Terrace community more affordable, including meals, housekeeping, laundry, medical transportation, and 24-hour staff. All donations to this fund are dedicated to providing rental assistance to eligible seniors, helping ensure access to safe, affordable housing and supportive services while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Since opening its doors in 1966, the Manor has provided affordable, all-bills-paid apartments for adults age 62 and older, serving generations of residents. While ongoing maintenance and upkeep have preserved the building over the years, the Manor now faces significant capital improvement needs due to age and long-term use. Donations to the Manor Building Improvement Fund directly support essential building upgrades and improvements to the Manor high-rise. We invite residents, community members, and local businesses who believe in our mission to help us preserve and strengthen this historic community for future generations.
